Custom ERP development, built around how your business actually runs
Tech Virsa designs, builds and integrates ERP systems for businesses whose operations have outgrown spreadsheets or an off-the-shelf package. We also ship our own SaaS AI ERP, so the modules, data models and edge cases are ones we have already solved in production.
ERP modules we build and integrate
Every ERP project starts from your processes, not a template. These are the modules we most often build, extend or connect to what you already use.
- Inventory & stockStock levels, movements, batches and transfers across every location.
- PurchasingRequisitions, purchase orders, supplier records and goods received.
- Sales & ordersQuotes, orders, invoicing and customer accounts in one flow.
- Finance & ledgersGeneral ledger, payables, receivables and period close.
- HR & payrollEmployee records, attendance, payroll and approvals.
- ReportingOperational and financial reports your team can trust and act on.
- Multi-siteWarehouses, branches and entities under one system.
- Role-based accessEach person sees and changes only what their role allows.
Custom ERP, integration, or our ready platform
Some businesses need a fully custom build. Others need an existing ERP extended or connected to e-commerce, accounting or logistics tools. Many are best served by starting on our SaaS AI ERP and customising from there, which is faster and cheaper than building every module from zero. We tell you which route fits during scoping, in writing, before any work starts.
Automation built into the ERP
An ERP should run operations, not just record them. We add an automation layer where it pays for itself: forecasting replenishment and raising purchase orders before stock runs short, reading invoices and delivery notes and matching them to orders, flagging transactions that break the normal pattern, and routing each exception to the right person with the context attached.
Who leads ERP work at Tech Virsa
ERP projects are led by our ERP consultant, who designs and implements systems for complex, multi-site operations, with our CTO owning architecture and deployment. You work directly with the people designing and writing the system, not a separate account team.
How a project starts with Tech Virsa
- 01
Scope and fit
Send a few lines about the work. A senior engineer reviews whether we can do it and replies, usually within one business day. You get the approach and price in writing before anything starts. That is a fit review, not a free architecture specification.
- 02
A bounded first step when needed
Clear work can have a fixed quote after scoping. Uncertain AI work often starts with a scoped discovery or prototype, so nobody is guessing at a price.
- 03
Delivery and review
The people writing the code own the reviews. You see progress in the repository and in the check-ins we agreed, not a separate weekly performance.
- 04
Handover and support
Handover includes the code, how to run it, and the access you need. What we keep maintaining after launch is written into the quote. It is not assumed.
ERP development questions
How much does custom ERP development cost?
It depends on the modules, integrations and number of sites. Clear ERP work gets a fixed quote after scoping, and the price does not move unless the scope does. Maintenance after launch is written into the quote.
Should we build a custom ERP or use an existing one?
If your processes are close to standard, starting from our SaaS AI ERP is usually faster and cheaper. If your operations are unusual, a custom build or custom modules on top of the platform makes more sense. We recommend one route in writing during scoping.
Can you work on an ERP we already have?
Yes. We take on existing codebases and systems, including extending modules, fixing performance problems and integrating with other tools.
Do you build ERP for clients outside Pakistan?
Yes. Tech Virsa is a distributed team based in Pakistan and delivers worldwide.
