Tech Virsa builds AI systems that hold up in production

Tech Virsa ships its own AI-intelligent ERP platform, and we build agents, retrieval assistants and computer vision for other people’s products. Bring a new build, an existing codebase, or a process that needs automating. You work with the engineers doing the work.

Ask me anything about how Tech Virsa works — the ERP platform, services, pricing, timelines, or the projects we shipped. I answer only from this site’s content, and I will say so when something is not in it.
Do you give fixed quotes?
Clear website, app and ERP work can have a fixed quote after scoping. Uncertain AI work often starts with a scoped discovery or prototype instead, so you are not paying a fixed price for an unknown.

A real grounded assistant: it retrieves from this site’s content and refuses anything it cannot source. Yours would answer from your documents.

Our own product

An AI-intelligent ERP that runs operations, not just records them

We built and ship a complete SaaS ERP with an automation layer on top of it. Traditional ERP waits for someone to type. Ours watches the same data and acts — raising the order, flagging the anomaly, routing the approval — and asks a human only where judgment is actually needed.

The ERP underneath

A full multi-tenant system your whole operation runs on, not a bolt-on.

  • Inventory & stock
  • Purchasing
  • Sales & orders
  • Finance & ledgers
  • HR & payroll
  • Reporting
  • Multi-site
  • Role-based access

The automation layer on top

What the system handles on its own, with an audit trail on every action.

  1. 01ReplenishmentForecasts demand and raises purchase orders before stock runs short
  2. 02Document intakeReads invoices and delivery notes, matches them to orders, queues only the mismatches
  3. 03Anomaly detectionFlags transactions and stock movements that break the normal pattern
  4. 04Approval routingSends each exception to the right person with the context already attached
  5. 05Operational reportingAnswers questions in plain language against your live data

Every automated action is logged, reversible and attributable. An ERP that acts on its own is only safe if you can see exactly what it did and why — so that is built in, not added later.

AI capabilities

What we mean when we say AI

Four things we build repeatedly, with the parts that decide whether they survive contact with real users.

Retrieval assistants

Chatbots grounded in your documents or your public site. The work is in chunking, ranking and refusal — knowing when to say "not in my sources" instead of inventing an answer.

  • RAG
  • vector search
  • grounding
  • citations

Agents & workflow automation

Systems that take an action, not just answer. Tool calls, approvals and a human checkpoint wherever an error would be expensive to undo.

  • tool use
  • orchestration
  • human-in-loop
  • audit trail

Computer vision

Recognition and inspection on real images, not clean datasets. We measure accuracy before and after, because that number is the whole deliverable.

  • detection
  • OCR
  • fine-tuning
  • benchmarks

Evaluation & monitoring

A test set before launch and dashboards after it. Without this an AI feature quietly degrades and nobody notices until a customer does.

  • eval sets
  • regression tests
  • cost tracking
  • drift alerts

We will also tell you when a problem does not need AI. A rules engine that always works beats a model that usually does — and it costs you less to run.

What we actually shipped

New products and existing systems. Client names are withheld where the engagement is covered by an NDA — the numbers are the ones we still stand behind.

AI Key-Recognition System

Computer-vision module rebuild

A property-tech product identified scanned keys only 40% of the time. We rebuilt the computer-vision module and recognition rose to about 80%.

Ongoing platform build + maintenance

Engagement models

Three ways to start, priced honestly

Which one fits depends on how much is already known. We will tell you which you are in before you commit.

Fixed scope

When the work is well understood

Websites, apps and ERP builds where the requirements are clear. You get a fixed quote after scoping and the price does not move unless the scope does.

  • Fixed price, agreed up front
  • Milestones you can check
  • Maintenance written into the quote
Most AI work

Discovery or prototype

When the outcome is still uncertain

A bounded first step for AI work nobody can price honestly yet. We find out whether it works on your data before you fund a full build.

  • Fixed-cost, time-boxed
  • Ends in a go / no-go, not a sales pitch
  • You keep the code and findings

Embedded engineers

When you need capacity in your team

Our engineers work inside your team and your process. We agree rate, capacity, responsibilities and a review cadence before anyone starts.

  • Agreed rate and capacity
  • Named engineers, not a rotating pool
  • Review cadence set in advance

How work starts

Scope first, then we build

  1. 1

    Scope and fit

Send a few lines about the work. A senior engineer reviews whether we can do it and replies, usually within one business day. You get the approach and price in writing before anything starts. That is a fit review, not a free architecture specification.

  2. 2

A bounded first step when needed

Clear work can have a fixed quote after scoping. Uncertain AI work often starts with a scoped discovery or prototype, so nobody is guessing at a price.

  3. 3

    Delivery and review

The people writing the code own the reviews. You see progress in the repository and in the check-ins we agreed, not a separate weekly performance.

  4. 4

    Handover and support

Handover includes the code, how to run it, and the access you need. What we keep maintaining after launch is written into the quote. It is not assumed.
